Terms and Disclaimer : 

1. Payment mode – Letter of Credit through  State Bank Of India, Agartala Branch in case of international purchasing and through Bank Draft in case of Domestic Purchasing.
   
   a) In case of Handicrafts Product, the Letter of Credit/ Bank Draft should be issued in favour of  "Tripura Handloom & Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd., Agartala".
   
   b) In case of Handloom/ Sericulture(Silk) Product, the Letter of Credit/ Bank Draft should be issued in favour of "Tripura Apex Weavers Co-Op. Society Ltd, Agartala".
   
   
2. Delivery schedule - On receipt of firm order along with required payment, the goods will be made available at Calcutta with in 8 (eight) weeks for onwards Shipments/ Air Cargo to destination.
   
   
3. Packing, Forwarding, Insurance and other charges :
   
   i) Incidental charges for international purchasing for packing, forwarding, insurance, inspection etc. would be 21% on the actual value of products which will be charged extra.
   
   ii) Incidental charges for domestic purchasing for packing, forwarding, Insurance etc. would be 15% on the actual value of products which will be charged extra.
   
   iii) Transportation Charges – Ex- Calcutta,  the actual charges would be levied.
   
   
4. For any addition/alternation of product specification etc.  extra charge would be levied extra.
   
   
5. Advance – For orders beyond US $ 5000.00, 25% advance may be placed. 
   (In case of international purchasing)
   
   For orders beyond Rs.50,000/-, 50% advance may be placed.
   (In case of domestic purchasing)
   
   
6. The rates given may be changed and will be confirmed at the time of acceptance of firm order.
   
   
7. In case of non availability of any product in stock, we will inform you via e-mail and also the probable date of shipment.
   
   
8. The information placed in the "Purchase Order Form " would be fully secured and would not be used for any other purpose other than shipment and purchase related activities.
